These terms govern your use of seoulpaw.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them — if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us

Seoul Paw ("we", "us", "our") is a business registered in Singapore. UEN: 53523574K. Our website is seoulpaw.com. You can reach us at somin@seoulpaw.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If we update them, the version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parent or guardian's consent and supervision, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Account

You don't need an account to browse, but most features (saved addresses, order history, faster checkout) require one. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Products

We try to describe products as accurately as possible — colour, material, size, origin. Some variation is normal, especially for handmade or natural-material items. Photos are reference only; actual colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.

All products are sourced from Korean brands. We are not the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties (where they apply) are passed through to you; please contact us and we'll help coordinate.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include any applicable Singapore taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by PayPal — using PayPal's guest checkout, you can pay with a card without needing a PayPal account. We do not store your card details — only PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) does.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping notification. Until that point, we may decline or cancel the order.

10. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, design, branding — is owned by Seoul Paw or our partners and licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Singapore law (such as for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Seoul Paw from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below shows when. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
