Every Seoul Paw order starts in Korea. We source directly from Korean brands and workshops, consolidate through our logistics partner, and deliver to your door in Singapore.

Where we ship

Singapore only, at this time. We're focused on doing a great job for one market before expanding. If you'd like Seoul Paw to come to Malaysia, Hong Kong, or elsewhere — drop us a note at somin@seoulpaw.com.

How long it takes

7–14 days from order to your door. Here's the breakdown:

  • Day 0–2: We confirm your order and source the items in Korea.
  • Day 3–9: Items consolidated and air-shipped via Korean Air from Seoul to Singapore.
  • Day 10–14: Singapore customs clearance and last-mile delivery to your address.

Weekends and public holidays (both Korean and Singaporean) may add a day or two. We'll always send tracking when your order ships.

Shipping cost

SGD 10, flat rate. No matter how many items you order. We absorb any customs duties or import taxes — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking your order

You'll receive two emails:

  1. Order confirmation — sent immediately after checkout.
  2. Shipping notification — sent when your order leaves Korea, with a tracking number.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging in at the top of any page.

Delivery

Most deliveries are signed for at the door. If no one is home, our courier partner will leave a notice and re-attempt the next business day, or hold the package at the nearest collection point. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

If something goes wrong

Damaged in transit, missing items, or wrong items — email us at somin@seoulpaw.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.
