Short version: we collect what we need to ship your order and run our store. We don't sell your data. You have rights under Singapore's PDPA, and we make it easy to use them.

What we collect

When you order from us or sign up for our newsletter, we collect:

• Identity: Your name, email address, phone number.
• Address: Your shipping and billing addresses.
• Payment: Your card details are entered directly into PayPal's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. We only see the last 4 digits and the card brand.
• Order history: What you've bought, when, and the status of each order.
• Site activity: Cookies for cart functionality, anonymous analytics about which pages are visited.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and reply to your support requests.
• To improve the site (anonymous analytics).
• To send marketing emails — only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
• To meet our legal obligations (e.g., tax records).

Who we share with

We share your data only with the partners required to fulfil your order:

• PayPal — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• Snipcart — cart and order management platform.
• Korean logistics partner & Singapore last-mile courier — shipping and delivery (they get name, address, phone for delivery).
• Email service provider — sending order and marketing emails.

We do not sell your data, rent it out, or share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years to comply with Singapore tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll do so within 30 days, except for records we're legally required to retain.

Your rights under Singapore's PDPA

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you specific rights. You can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing or other non-essential processing.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all of them functional or analytical:

• Cart cookies: Required to remember what's in your cart. Disabling these will break the shop.
• Authentication cookies: To keep you logged in across pages.
• Analytics cookies: Anonymous, aggregate-level data about site usage.

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data security

The site runs over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by PayPal (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Account passwords are stored hashed by Snipcart. We follow reasonable security practices for our small operation, but no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Children's data

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date below shows when. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an account.
